Brandon J. Lee, co-founder and President of Training for Transformation, LLC is a proud Black man born and raised in Oakland, California. With a lifetime of experience personally advocating for justice against profiling and institutional racism, he has become the expert in transforming traumatic circumstances into a hopeful victorious one. His understanding of how to correct and restore institutions to a healthy and inclusive environment is unmatched.
Brandon is a regular presenter and speaker at colleges, universities and conferences on topics that include: Black Founding Fathers of the U.S., Community Conscious Policing, Black Male Achievement, English as a Second Language and 21st Century Leadership. He is the author of an educational resource, “Best Practices in Community Conscious Policing” soon to be published in Spring 2016.
Fluent in Spanish, Brandon has lived, studied and taught in Spain, Cuba and Mexico. He has taught English as a Second Language for five years at universities both domestic and abroad to international students from around the world and brings a globally minded lens to locally focused situations. Brandon earned a BA in Public Policy and Spanish from Houston Baptist University and a MA in Teaching from the SIT (School for International Training) Graduate Institute.
